The room was huge, A/C worked great, balcony overlooking the street was so cute and it's just in a great part of town! The rooftop terrace was immaculate as well. Remember you're getting an apartment, this is not a hotel with staff working at a desk. You'll need to call them on WhatsApp to get check in information. You definitely will not regret staying here, and there is a taxi stand literally ten steps away from the front door (to the right, around the corner, by the birds filled trees!) short walk to everything, rather, right in the heart of it all!

Service was great. They were very response and addressed our concerns. But the property is more 3 stars than 4. We had two small beds together in one room. My wife’s bed was slipping from the end so 20-30 pct was unusable and mattress should be replaced. Bathroom also had duct tape on the ceiling and the shower is barely 2 feet wide. I couldn’t shower without hitting my hand somewhere. Location is great but I wouldn’t stay here again. Would look for an actual 4 star hotel.

We loved our room. It was gorgeous, clean, and had everything we needed. Location was everything -quiet area, but close walk to all the sites! Loved using the facilities of the hotel. The rooftop pool was perfect and our favorite part of our day was the beautiful breakfast in the courtyard. Service was excellent!

The staff was very friendly and the hotel room very comfortable and clean.

Room was very large with kitchen. They provided wine and some snacks but both proved impossible to open. Also out door lock didn’t work for a day. They eventually fixed this but travel partner was concerned about it for awhile. I tend to think these experiences were more bad luck than anything else. The location is nice-close to tourist sites. Good for walking around Seville. They communicate via WhatsApp very effectively. One potential caveat is lack of hotel staff outside of business hours from 9am to 230 pm. Makes dealing with issues that arise a little harder and can’t really store luggage until later in the day travel. We had to use storage locker at the terminal and make extra trip there. Breakfast is not included but many cafes in area. I strongly recommend Alphonsito’s.
